So, I realized this blog hasn't been touched, since well..2008, which was TOO long ago to not write anything, fashion or about myself, so I will start blogging again, on this year 2010.
With that said. I have to talk about my two year obsession with a chambray shirt. It is a must if you're a 17 year old kid still in high school, a college student or graduate, or even a dad enjoying his weekends out of the office with his kids. The chambray shirt is a classic and timeless piece that has recently floated to the top of the trend charts. Now, although it is a major trend item for this spring/summer, don't be fooled in thinking that it wont last; unlike those lime green sneakers collecting dust in the closet you'll be able to sport this shirt until its too told to wear.
What is on my top 25 on iTunes you ask?
well Currently it is She & Him latest album, 'Volume Two'. something about Zooey Dechanel that makes me crazy, and her vocals only make that yearn stronger. that woman is perfect and her album is a close second.
What is on my bottom half?
Raw denim, is all I dream about these days. the way it folds, and falls and its texture is exactly what you need to be wearing. Go ahead and cuff the bottoms with a boat shoe or a chukka, you'll look and feel like you just stepped off a runway.
What am I drinking?
Well Recently I gave up Coffee for lent, and although Lent is now over, I have made that almost full transition from coffee to tea, my current obession is a darjeeling second flush loose leaf. Yes I am aware that the first flush is always best, the second flush just seemes to do it for me. its black enough to give you a burst of caffeen but I mean it is named the champagne of teas for a reason. grab a cup.

10 essentials
So, I was told the other day, that I need to stop talking about Fashion, yes with a capital "F".
....fuck you.
soo after years of men.style.com and reading everyones 10 essentials I felt i needed a turn, why? because although not yet, I know fashion not only occupies my life, but it is my life, I will never EVER stop talking, breathing, living, loving it. and although Manny Pahlooza isn't a name in fashion just yet, I know it will be.
[my]Cannon Powershot SD1000. Because it's small enough to fit anywhere, and takes an amazing shot, extremely customizable in its settings, and takes pictures in a dime.
Raybans wayfarer. Be it in classic black, tortoiseshell, over-sized or regular framed, these glasses will not ever go out of style, they fit 85% of faces and cant ever go wrong with them.
Classic slim fit black cardigan. It can be dressed down, dressed up, or even a pick up and go type of thing, thin enough to wear on even a warm day and reliable enough to pair with almost anything and never look a day out of style.
iPod Touch. There has not been a better invention since the wheel, no need for a laptop since it has web, email and messaging capabilites[with 2.0 upgrade] ontop of that music for those "just escape moments"
Burts Bees beeswax lip balm. No body likes to look, let alone kiss dried chapped lips, with a subtle mint taste and sent, it is perfect to look good and revitalize your lips and day.
Jack Purcelles. There is a reason this shoe is a classic, its a good change from the classic Converse canvas shoes,and with the smile on the toe, they show character and wit all their own.
Camel Lights. The perfect cigarette, classy, crisp, sharp and sophisticated. light enough to smoke around non smokers and perfect enough to escape that crowded street or stressful day.
Shemagh Scarf. The perfect scarf for any season, light enough for summer days, and warm enough for winter winds, a young fresh take on the essence of a scarf, with a BOHO vibe that give a chic and laid back atmosphere, that says I'm ready to play.

Obession
There are a few things in this in this world that will forever be amazing.
Recently I have discovered that Women in red lipstick is a timeless classic, there is nothing sexier. Be it primal as it is for a man to be drawn to red lips, there is something of class and subtle promiscuity to it. It works with any age, any skin tone, any anything its an utter timeless classic that will forever remain as a wonder to men, how a simple hue on a minimal body part can be such art and beauty.

I'll have some gossip with that beer.
saturday night:
Random drunk girl: Hey do i know you?
Me: umm...no. sips beer. hey can i use the computer i need to grab a number of my facebook.RDG: umm okay ...soo i know ive seen you before somewhere, what are you some sort of celebrity?
Me: oh, thanks i think hey is that drink taste good?
as the night went on and more and more people got drunk and kept my warm beer at bay, I decided to start a little bit of gossip
Rosalia, make out with andy, she replies a simple no.
ugh then how about josh, i ask.
she says, no i like andy, but hes sick. gross.
ugh fine bitch. bring me a beer.
somehow i end up talking to random drunk girl to find out the girl im inlove with is her roommate. or as of Tuesday at least. so i freak out and am in total aw.
so rosalia gets drunk confesses her love towards andy only to have him go up to me and say he has never been so over someone.
with that said, i started school last monday,
it is a lot more complex than what i thought, so much reading and writing, its a bit tedious but its Fashion so at least i can do it and enjoy it..
